Who we are
Filipe can taste the difference between a wine that’s worth your money and one that’s just expensive. Trained at Mathias Dahlgren Matbaren and now sommelier at A Tasca, the new Acaza restaurant wine bar, every wine he picks has survived his palate. That’s your insurance policy against mediocre wines touching our inventory.

João has poured wine for people who spend more on dinner than most spend on rent. He’s seen what makes guests order a second bottle - and what makes them never come back. Now as sommelier at Dryck Wine Bar, that instinct keeps boring wines off your list and helps your customers feel like they just discovered something their friends don’t know about yet.
